Wonder Woman Inspired Look; The Original Wonder Woman Make Up Tutorial

Published on Jul 12, 2017

I love Wonder Woman! I remember being a young girl and watching re-runs of a few of her show’s and admiring her beauty, nobility, and courage! I’m excited to share this video with you all, as I will be recreating the Original Wonder Woman look that Lynda Carter wore, in the Original Wonder Woman Series. I had so much fun recreating this Wonder Woman look! While recreating this Wonder Woman look I really wanted to capture her Original Wonder Woman makeup style from the the mid 70’s. I finished off the eye-shadow with a touch of black to really make the soft blue show through to achieve Lynda Carter’s iconic look. I used a black liner for the top and lower lash line to capture the makeup trend of the mid 70’s that Lynda Carter wore. Wonder Woman has very high cheek bones, so I applied blush right under the apple of my cheeks to help create that illusion. Wonder Woman is an icon all over world, and she has many looks. Out of all the styles Wonder Woman has this one was the most popular. I love this look because although it is a very subtle and soft look, it is strong and sophisticated, just like how I feel when I think of Wonder Woman!

The products I used to recreate this look were I used:
